Viruses don't only bug us, they even infect bacteria. That's exactly what bacteriophages are- bacteria-infecting viruses, also known simply as a "phage." They attach to specific cell receptors on a bacteria's cell surface and inject their genetic material though the membrane. They also have a naturally striking geometric appearance which is a peach to paint.
