Typically within 1 to 3 business days. Between November 20th and December 31st, it may take up to 5 business days. Rush shipping is available upon request.

For domestic orders:
First Class, Priority, and Priority Express are available.
USPS First Class Mail: 2-7 business days.
USPS Priority: 1-3 business days.
USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days.

FedEx and UPS are also available upon request. 

For international orders:
First Class Mail International and Priority International are offered. FedEx is available upon request. 

On rare occasions, shipping may take longer. For domestic orders, please allow at least 21 days to receive an item. If your tracking is not updating, it may be helpful to view your tracking information on the USPS site for additional details. If you believe your package is lost, contact either me or USPS. I will contact USPS and/or file the appropriate claims as well as work with you regarding a replacement or refund.

For international orders, it may take at least 6 weeks to receive a lost package. If this time period has passed and you have not received your package, contact me so that I can work with you to track down your package or get you a replacement.

It depends on the country in which you reside. You are responsible for any additional customs or VAT (value added tax) charges placed by your country. For example, when UK customers make a purchase from abroad and have it imported into the UK, a tax is then added to anything above the threshold of £15, in addition to a £8 handling fee. You are responsible for these fees.

Prints ship within an acid-free archival quality crystal clear bag. Depending on then size and quantity, prints will either be shipped flat within a rigid mailer or rolled within a mailing tube for protection. Large prints and prints shipped internationally will be rolled within a mailing tube.

Unframed original watercolor paintings ship flat against backing and within a sturdy rigid mailer. Insurance is always included. Larger paintings sized 16" x 20" and larger may be rolled within a tube for extra protection.
